This is a raglan dress, that was knit top-down in one piece. There are no seams to sew up. It contains a row by row instructions, with the stitch count for every increase/decrease row.
This dress will fit a toddler between 12 months and 2 years, depending on the size of the child. The chest circumference for this dress is 20 inches. The length of the dress is 15 inches.
You can sell up to 5 hats a year made from this pattern.
You will need a 16” circular needle size 2 and a 24” circular needle size 3, plus a set of double pointed needles size 3.
I prefer to use waste yarn or spare Knit Picks cables as stitch holders to make sure that the stitches do not stretch out.
At the neck instead of buttons I used 2 snaps.
I have used almost four skeins of color A and only a little bit of color B. You can substitute the original yarn for any other fingering yarn.
This pattern includes color charts for the tulips.
This pattern is very easy to size-up, just use bigger needles and thicker yarn.
I have truly enjoyed knitting this dress, and my little one loves it. It is cool and comfortable. It knits up easily, and if you have any questions, I would be happy to help.
