All items will be shipped using air mail within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in our announcement. You are welcome to purchase insurance for your package, - we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. We will replace any items damaged during the shipping within two weeks after shipping, upon receipt of proof of damage (photo).
Please contact us if you want your items sooner - we can ship Express or Priority mail.
Attention international customers, while we are happy to ship worldwide, please, keep in mind, that we are not responsible for any import fees and taxes.
All items excluding patterns can be returned withing 30 days after purchase. Returns are only accepted after consulting with Henya first. Please remember, that we are not responsible for any shipping costs. It means, that we will gladly refund your money minus the shipping cost. Please, send us an email describing the issue, making sure to include your day time and evening phone numbers, so we'll be able to satisfy your needs. Sorry, there are no returns on downloadable patterns, because there is no way to return the products. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We are not responsible for lost items being returned to us so please make sure to send it securely.
