It is this time of the year again! The weather turns cold. Or at least here it turned cooler – not that we have to wear a sweater – a light shawl gives enough warmth to keep me warm and comfy even in the evening, after the Sun sets. Some of the leaves turned yellow, the lemons on our tree are getting bigger and also look like they are thinking that it is time to finally get ripe.
And I am making hats! Lots and lots of hats! I am like a one woman hat knitting brigade! Within the last week I have finished two hats, that have been lingering from forever, made three more and started another two! And this was just for the girls! Not that they will need all of them – we will surely end up spreading the joy around and giving away a few.
Do you remember the photo from my last post? Here is one of the finished “Over the Heel Hat” hats.
This time around I decided that I will name not only the patterns, but the individual projects too. The name of this one is “Violet”.
We spend a few “interesting” hours taking photos of the girls wearing the new hats. Just wait until you see them!
If all is well I hope to publish the pattern for “Over the Heel” hat next week.
